August 29th, 2005 Initial planning meeting for implementing workflow on Arizona's campus - decision made to gather input, hopefully, resources from IU and rSmart to arrive at realistic and firm timeline. August 30, 2005 AP/Purchasing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) met to finalize the Purchasing process diagram from requisition to payment in preparation for the AP/Purchasing groups face to face meeting in Denver, Sept 8-9. August 29th, 2005 General Ledger/Financial Transactions Processing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) met to review the functional spec documents for General Error Correction, Transfer of Funds and Distribution of Income & Expense. Reviewed issues and business rules. August 28th, 2005 Kuali Workflow 2.0 released. August 26th, 2005 Lori Schultz, Sponsored Projects, assigned as the Business Analyst for Pre-Award in the Kuali Research Administration module. She will be working with the lead developer Lora O'Connor and the functional group to write functional spec documents. August 16, 2005 Arizona Subject Matter Experts have their first bi-weekly Chart of Accounts (COA) working meeting to begin the process of creating a Kuali Chart of Accounts for Arizona and to identify missing attributes between FRS and Kuali. August 1-3, 2005 Functional Council members received a demo of Kuali Workflow and the Kuali Nervous System at their August face to face meeting in Tempe. The testing process was reviewed and a testing coordinator will be assigned to each module. Discussed in and out of scope items with Kuali Research Administrator group. Reviewed/revised Kuali Scope, discussed testing phase and will assigning testing coordinators for each module.
