Disbursement Voucher (aka Check Request) wrapped up—focus of this weekly meeting shifted to Procurement Card eDoc. Purchasing card transactions would be fed into Kuali and routed through Kuali Workflow for approval.

Labor Ledger begins biweekly meetings with partner schools.

March 7th, 2006

Labor Ledger Module Kicked off— All modules have been kicked off.

March 6th & 8th, 2006

Kuali Project updates, included a demo of the Pre-Award Budget Document and Disbursement Voucher.

· KualiTestDrive- will be delivered March 31st. This will be a website where people can go to create documents and play with the Chart of Accounts, the General Ledger will be functioning so approved transactions will post.
