February 18th, 2005

Sally Jackson presented a proposal for the University to join Kuali to the Information Technology Policy Group (ITPG).  ITPG approved the proposal. Added to ABOR agenda March 10th and 11th.  Kuali Project Proposal

February 14th – 17th, 2005

Kuali Architecture Board met to finalize the Kuali Architecture. Andrew Hollamon and Doug Hester will be representing Arizona. Results of the meeting will be posted shortly.

February 7th, 2005

Kymber Horn and Mary Vega met with Anthropology to review their department bookkeeping system (AnthInfo) to gather more information on how they are using their system to provide them with information not available in FRS.

February 4th, 2005

Mary Vega  and Kymber Horn and met with College of Medicine to learn more about transaction tagging and commitments.

Andrew Hollamon, Kymber Horn and Mary Vega met with Budget Office to answer Kuali questions.

February 3rd, 2005

Kuali Functional Council meets to finalize Cornell's proposal to "spin up" on FIS' functionality. NetMeetings on the various modules will be held starting the week of February 14th. Cornell NetMeeting proposal

Michigan State reported that Indiana is setting up a "sand box" on their campus. Once this is successful, sand boxes will be set up on the other campuses so we can work hands on with FIS to evaluate its functionality.
