Met with Dr. Zhao, Eller College, workflow expert to get information about evaluating and implementing workflow.

July 27th, 2005

CCIT volunteered testing sites for uPortal and Workflow. They'll provide the hardware and operating system. FSO will be responsible for the software.

July 19th, 2005

Lead Kuali Chart of Accounts SMEs had their first meeting. Given assignment to classify Account Maintenance eDoc business rules as Universal, IU Specific, Universal- value institution defined, needs clarification.

July 18th, 2005

Joined Patty Taylor (PACS) and CALS (Ag) to discuss workflow requirements for Buyways - determined it would be beneficial to investigate Kuali Onestart Workflow integration with Buyways to handle the complex workflow scenarios. This investigation is underway.

July 15th, 2005

Lead Kuali AP/Purchasing SMEs (Arizona reps - Tammy Strom and Patty Taylor) had their first meeting. Decided to set up subcommittees for each of the six identified enhancements to IUs AP/Purchasing module (EPIC). EPIC has been adopted as the Kuali AP/Purchasing module.
