Conference call with rSmart and SciQuest re: Kuali workflow—everyone is interested in being able to integrate and view this as a possible option for schools with Kuali. SciQuest currently already integrates with IUs B2B purchasing process.

October 12th-14th

Endowment module SME face to face to scope the Endowments module.

October 11th-12th

Kuali Days—Presentation Materials

October 10th

Kuali and Sciquest workflow discussed at Research Administrator’s Group meeting. Purchasing will continue using SciQuest workflow for Buyways, but will switch to Kuali workflow when it’s available and ready for campus use.

October 6th

Discussions have begun within FSO on a Business Portal—initial project will be a prototype—what skill set is needed and can it be done. Once a prototype is proven, campus will be invited to participate on the production version.

October 5th

Discussions have begun with campus on a Business Portal.

Presentation on the Kuali Development Project to Dr. Zhao’s MBA MIS class.

October 4th

First A/R Arizona Subject Matter Expert kick off meeting. Reviewed Kuali and expectations.
