First A/R Arizona Subject Matter Expert kick off meeting. Reviewed Kuali and expectations.

September 21st, 2005

FSO, CCIT met with rSmart re: Workflow and Chart of Accounts, how can we help each other. rSmart to meet with CCIT to provide more information on the technical side of workflow.

September 20th, 2005

eDoc testing begins with select group– Testing Coordinator (Kymber Horn) and the lead Financial Transactions SME.

September 19th, 2005

Workflow Subject Matter Experts will start meeting weekly.

September 16th, 2005

Initial Workflow meeting with CCIT. Provided information on Kuali Workflow. All agreed this was an institutional application. CCIT to learn more, identify resources and cost.

September 12th, 2005

Met with KUAT to discuss the Kuali Accounts Receivable module.

September 9th, 2005

Workflow Subject Matter Experts will have their first meeting with a demo of FIS and OneStart Workflow.

September 8-9, 2005

AP/Purchasing SME group face to face meeting in Denver.

September 2nd, 2005

Kymber Horn met with development managers, Aaron Godert (Cornell) and Tony Potts (rSmart) to coordinate testing plan. Kymber will be serving as the testing coordinator for the Financial Transactions module.
